Patient Experience Management: Responsible for ensuring that clinic setting is optimal for most positive patient experience. Responsible for addressing any patient experience issues, including executing and leading any process improvements with staff, including physicians. Provides general assistance and navigation to patients, including patients who call or present to the clinic with general medical questions. Interacts with patients, reviews customer feedback, and address customer service issues. -------------------------------------------------- Clinic Staff Management & Practice Growth: Select, trains, supervises, and monitors quality and production levels of all clinical staff. Holds regularly scheduled staff meetings to communicate clinic-operating items and allow for staff dialogue. Supervises clinical staff to ensure operational and financial viability of the clinics, including triple aim performance in quality performance, service delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Responsible for staff schedules, including reviewing of time worked, and providing input to KRONOS. Responsible for MD schedule. Writes and modifies data as necessary. Assures clinics are open, operational and appropriately staffed during regularly scheduled hours and other events. Handles day to day operations as necessary. -------------------------------------------------- Clinic Support: Works closely with Occupational Manager to develop procedures and protocols for outside Flu, TB, and Hepatitis B Clinics. Schedule adequate inventory of office and clinical supplies for clinic needs. Reviews clinical purchases and invoices. Provides practice support for patient preparation as needed (weighing, blood pressure, and urine collection). Oversees maintenance of medical equipment and proposes new equipment as needed. Ensures that site operations and relations are effective and consistent with overall division and Cone Health. -------------------------------------------------- |

EXPERIENCE: |
Required: Minimum of two years clinical experience in a medium to large medical practice. (i.e. 6 ? 10 providers). Previous leadership experience preferred. |
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING: |
REQUIRED BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider Required: Current active license to practice nursing in the state of North Carolina required. PREFERRED |
