Performs daily activities while providing on-the-job guidance to designated employees ensuring all assignments are completed. -------------------------------------------------- Collaborates with management providing input to developing and/or revising work unit operations for improvement of operational efficiency as well as input into personnel matters as requested. -------------------------------------------------- Demonstrates and encourages best practices and assists with training/orienting new employees to departmental methodologies/concepts. -------------------------------------------------- In the Supervisor's absence is the first point of contact for system related issues. -------------------------------------------------- Service Oriented, effectively communicates with departments/end users. -------------------------------------------------- |

EXPERIENCE: |
1 Year, Required 3 Years, Preferred Required: Minimum of one (1) year Materials Management, Inventory, or service related experience. Preferred: Minimum of three (3) years in healthcare Materials Management or other related Supply Chain field. |
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING: |
REQUIRED Drivers License | Valid Drivers License If driving a Cone Health vehicle, must have five (5) years of driving experience and MVR must be approved by Risk Management. PREFERRED Certified Materials Resource Planner (CMRP) or Certified Purchasing Inventory Management (CPIM) certification. |
