| Accomplishes requests or instructions given by supervisor relating to non-routine or special assignments, in accordance with specifications or procedure and time frames, with no more than 1-2 noted exceptions per year. -------------------------------------------------- Ensures that carpets are spot cleaned, as needed, without prompting, with no more than 1-2 noted exceptions per year. -------------------------------------------------- Ensures that supplies and equipment are properly placed so that clear pathways are maintained for people to travel through with no more than 1-2 noted exceptions and no slips, falls or injuries due to comply, per year. -------------------------------------------------- Follows established methods and procedures when stripping and waxing floors to detailing and marking off areas to be completed -------------------------------------------------- Identifies mixes and uses proper cleaning agents and equipment for specified surface to ensure its safeguard against damage and to obtain maximum effectiveness with no more than 1-2 minor deficiencies noted per year. -------------------------------------------------- Keeps supervisor informed of all aspects of responsibilities on an on-going basis, ensuring prompt notification when problems arise. -------------------------------------------------- Operates and maintains equipment in accordance with manufacturer's specifications so that no injuries occur to self or others and so that no damage or excessive wear and tear occurs due to failure to comply. -------------------------------------------------- Organizes time and priorities so that assigned activities are complete within designated time frames with no more than 2-4 avoidable exceptions noted per year. -------------------------------------------------- Properly cleans and stores equipment after each use with no more than 2-4 noted exceptions per year. -------------------------------------------------- Uses established methods to mark off areas that are unsafe due to cleaning operations so that no slips, falls or injuries occur due to failure to comply, per year. -------------------------------------------------- |
