Ability to effectively interface with users and software/equipment vendors. • Experience with performance tuning and monitoring tools. • General knowledge of storage and connectivity technologies, and directory services. • Proven experience with systems planning, security principals, and general software management best practices. • Proven ability to influence seniors and peers without direct authority; experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders. • Demonstrate knowledge of networks, servers, and other related infrastructure devices with ability to troubleshoot and triage to resolve network and server related issues. • Identify upgrades, configurations, new technologies, and software products and services to improve organization efficiency. • Develop, implement, and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan that ensures the security and integrity of Cone Health’s data, information systems, and technology. • Maintain and oversee proper change control to firewall, security, policies and procedures with a security mindset. • Ensure VoIP and mobile telecommunication systems are fully operational and cost effective. • Develop or upgrade IT procedures as needed while recommending changes to improve the efficiencies to minimize manual administration and workflow bottlenecks. • Understanding of one or more public cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform) and how to solution designs that are built around these functional technologies areas: cloud compute, data storage, pub/sub, and workflow orchestration. Understanding of API solutions and toolsets. |
