The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the LeBauer Endoscopy Center, within the authority of the Board of Directors. This includes planning, organizing, and directing overall operations for the Center according to its policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. The Administrator ensures the Center meets all relevant local, state, federal, and accrediting-body rules and regulations. The Administrator is responsible for financial and cost-containment decisions within the Center. The Administrator oversees risk management and is responsible for management of all aspects of the environment of care, personnel, materials management, equipment procurement, education of personnel, and administrative duties. The Administrator coordinates and directs patient care in the Center according to adopted policies and procedures, state and federal regulations, and accepted accreditation standards. Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of the facility to ensure patient safety and highest quality of care is provided. -------------------------------------------------- Provide direction on staffing decisions and operations to drive efficiencies, while ensuring quality and patient safety. -------------------------------------------------- Serve as primary liaison between the physicians, staff, anesthesia and facility staff. -------------------------------------------------- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting body; ensure compliance with the LeBauer Endoscopy Center?s policies and procedures. Oversee credentialing per Medical Staff Bylaws; collaborate with the Medical Director and CQI Committee as appropriate. -------------------------------------------------- Help oversee financial performance of the facility; make operational decisions that support the Center?s financial goals and objectives. -------------------------------------------------- Oversee human resource matters and personnel management, to include staff scheduling, Kronos, performance reviews and disciplinary actions; ensure high employee morale and a professional, positive, and healthful atmosphere. -------------------------------------------------- Responsible for overall patient engagement and experience, including the Center?s Patient Satisfaction performance. -------------------------------------------------- Oversee the LeBauer Healthcare GI Pathology laboratory and maintain laboratory certification. -------------------------------------------------- Work closely with the LeBauer GI Director to ensure the appropriate management of the Center. -------------------------------------------------- Adhere to the Centers' professional conduct policies. EDUCATION: |
REQUIRED: Bachelor?s Degree PREFERRED: Bachelor's Degree in business Management, Finance or Healthcare Administration is strongly preferred |
EXPERIENCE: |
REQUIRED: At least 3 years? experience in a management role, including direct supervising experience, with fiscal responsibility in an ASC, hospital or large physician practice PREFERRED: 5 years? experience in a management role of an ASC, hospital or large physician practice. GI experience strongly preferred. |

REQUIRED: Valid Driver's License | If driving Cone Health vehicle, must have 5 years of driving experience and MVR must be approved by Risk Management. PREFERRED: NC State RN licensure |
