Overview

Provide administrative coordination, administrative support and decision support to Director, Health Services and Property / Lease Manager.

Delivers excellent customer service utilizing Relationship Based Care to advocate for safety, patient preferences, and optimal communication through partnering with patients/families and colleagues, including all internal and external customers.

Responsibilities


Assist in resolution of issues/ or questions raised by MC apartment tenants, process lease or security deposits through cash track. Schedule apartment tours and provide tenants applications, etc. Coordinate tenant lease dates w/Property Manager and mechanics

Coordinating staff, inventory and utilities/ services required for timeshare operations

Employee engagement- helps develop metrics to improve employee engagement across practices at tracking community engagement activities of MedCtrs employees for participation

Internal/External scheduling- schedule and coordinate meetings, require daily interaction with other department managers, practice managers, physicians for Health Services Director and Property/ Lease Manager. Act as liaison between MC Director and outside corporate managers to schedule meetings and presentations

Physician relations/partnership- work w/director and Physician Liaison to track physician relations activities and glean opportunities to improve current relations with referring physician offices

Process all property accruals monthly; review individual property cost centers for variance analysis; provide revenue and/or expense queries from AP and GL databases as required

--------------------------------------------------

Provide additional support for EVP when necessary; this includes scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, providing phone support, etc.

Provide administrative coordination, administrative support to Director Health Services and Property/Lease Manager

Responsible for maintaining the invoice database, daily coding of invoices, entering invoice information into Access, sending to AP for processing. Invoices scanned & entered into database for cross-referencing

Qualifications


EDUCATION:
Required:

2-year degree or equivalent experience required

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 6-mos of secretarial or clerical work.

Preferred: 1 year experience of secretarial and clerical work.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
REQUIRED

Drivers License | Valid Drivers License

PREFERRED

BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
