This position functions as a strategic, consultative advisor using healthcare business knowledge and Human Resources expertise to support developing and advancing organizational goals. As a trusted partner, this position designs creative business solutions with business leaders to enable the organization to attract, develop, engage, and retain employees. This position works in collaboration with other Centers of Excellence to leverage capabilities to support leader development and scaling of the organization.

Understands the business beyond the HR function and influences the overall organization to ensure superior operations and business outcomes. Diagnose, translate, define and align with current and future business needs into overall strategic HR plan. Actively works across multiple People & Culture subteams to create solutions for business streams to ensure retention and aligned HR practices with business needs. ------------------------------------------------ Develops collaboration/trust with all levels of team members, both internal and external to People & Culture team. High level stakeholder engagement. ------------------------------------------------ Consulting on complex strategic initiatives to include, but not limited to, talent and performance management, employee retention and engagement, high level employee relations and workforce talent strategies. Is a Cone Health culture champion. ------------------------------------------------ Lead assigned division through engagement strategies. Lead and advise around change management, organizational redesign, leader and team performance, etc. ------------------------------------------------ A student, advocate and implementer of innovative, cutting edge, HR & performance best practices. ------------------------------------------------ Builds leader capabilities in talent and organizational effectiveness, driving proactive and strategic thinking. Assist in onboarding and assimilation of new leadership in line with leadership competencies, culture, systems, relationships, and organizational structure. ------------------------------------------------ Assists with monitoring multiple HR systems including corrective action documentation, rewards and recognition system, performance development system, leave system, HRIS, engagement system, and compliance systems. Proactively provides analysis of data to monitor trending and benchmarking to determine areas of opportunity for business. ------------------------------------------------ |

REQUIRED: 5+ years in Human Resources or related experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position PREFERRED: Healthcare experience strongly preferred |

REQUIRED: PREFERRED: SHRM-(S)CP, (S)PHR or CHHR Driver's License - If driving Cone Health vehicle, must have 5 years of driving experience and MVR must be approved by Risk Management. CHRBP |
