Effectively and efficiently manage all areas of Clinical Services, clinical policies and procedures, patient care safety and quality, clinical workflows, patient service recovery and patient satisfaction. | Accountable for ensuring/coordinating clinical competency of staff and addressing any gaps in conjunction with Clinical Team Leads. Participates/leads clinical staff and provider meetings as needed and in conjunction with Site Managers. -------------------------------------------------- Assists Site Managers in proper scheduling of clinical staff including covering vacancies for callouts, vacations, etc. -------------------------------------------------- Assists the Department Director with special projects including, but not limited to, Patient-Centered Medical Home, THN quality metrics, Population Health Management, Meaningful Use, etc. -------------------------------------------------- Demonstrate compliance with the Cone Health systems cultural behaviors, mission/vision, values, iCARE principles, practices and commitments. -------------------------------------------------- Maintains regulatory and professional standards/requirements. Ensures that all infection control and OSHA guidelines are followed. -------------------------------------------------- Participates in annual planning and budgeting process and provide advice to Administration. -------------------------------------------------- Provides clinical expertise and guidance to licensed and non-licensed clinical staff.
