EDUCATION: |
Required: The Nurse Practitioner (NP) has completed a nurse practitioner program, is certified by a national credentialing body, and utilizes a full range of clinical skills in accordance with rules and regulations of the Expanded Nursing Practice Act and under the auspices of the Board of Nursing. The Physician Assistant (PA) has completed an educational program for physician assistants, has completed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination, and utilizes a full range of clinical skills in accordance with rules and regulations of the North Carolina Medical Board and the supervising physician. |
EXPERIENCE: |
Required: A minimum of two years experience in an Occupational Health, ER, Wellness, or Primary Care setting; preference for a minimum of one year occupational health experience. Demonstrated experience in the clinical management of clients in the ambulatory care setting. |
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING: |
REQUIRED Valid Driver's License | Valid Driver's License Required: NC License as Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner Certification required or current NC Medical Board licensure for Physician Assistant. PREFERRED |
