Overview

This position serves as the primary provider of direct Healing Touch services to patients, clients and staff at ARMC. A portion of the responsibilities will be to educate the staff and community on the efficacy and availability of Healing Touch services.

Responsibilities


Provides Healing Touch to patients, families and staff as assigned.

Educates the Cone Health community on the efficacy and effectiveness of Healing Touch services.

Assists Director in the visioning, creation and implementation of expanded Healing Touch services to the Cone Health system.

Qualifications


EDUCATION:
Masters of Divinity with one unit of ACPE accredited Clinical Pastoral Education OR a RN with a Bachelors in Nursing with a current RN license

EXPERIENCE:
Three to five years of clinical experience(pastoral or medical) in a healthcare facility, Required
1 year of experience as a Healing Touch Practitioner, Preferred

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
REQUIRED
Drivers License | Valid Drivers License
Certification as a Healing Touch Practitioner by Healing Touch Program or Healing Beyond Borders.
License to touch through a legitimate professional organization(no mail order ordinations accepted).
