Overview

 

The HR Business Partner is a strategic advisor that uses their healthcare business knowledge and Human Resources understanding to advance organizational objectives. Working under limited supervision, this role focuses on consultation with business leaders to solve significant people issues, implementation of HR initiatives, and HR process education for specific business areas.

Responsibilities

 

 
Designs creative business solutions with business leaders to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent.
Provides coaching and support to senior leadership on HR issues.
Partners with business leaders to develop succession plans, talent pipelines, and retention strategies to ensure the quality and quantity of talent in the longer term.
Partners with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges, and proactively recommends HR strategies and initiatives to address them.
Leads or contributes to HR projects and initiatives related to organizational design, change management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
Leads small to medium scale projects.
Performs other duties as reasonably required or assigned.

Qualifications

 

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree

 

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 5 years of related human resources experience or related business experience

 

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required: SHRM-(S)CP - (S)PHR or CHHR
