Overview

The Supervisor Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) oversees the processes and lower-level employees who work on patient care tasks. This role manages and coordinates care tasks, supervises the process, and reviews the analysis of patient outcomes and care quality metrics.

Responsibilities


Manages and oversees the work of lower-level employees performing patient care tasks, to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
Coordinates patient care services, to ensure seamless care provision and patient satisfaction.
Supervises the process of patient care delivery, to maintain a high standard of care and patient safety.
Reviews the analysis of patient outcomes and care quality metrics, to guide improvements and uphold excellent service delivery.
Manages patient care services and provides advice, to foster informed decision-making and best patient outcomes.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor of Nursing (BSN)

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 2 years as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations


LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required:
Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
