Overview

Talent Pool - Administrative & Clerical
The Member Solutions Specialist processes member transactions and maintains cash drawers to document financial changes. Under minimal supervision, this job promotes the day-to-day operations of the organization and strengthens relations with new and potential members by providing excellent customer service.

 

Responsibilities

 

 
Promotes credit union products and services based on member needs identified through conversations and maintain current knowledge of all credit union services and policies.
Counsels members on interest rates, cross-sell services, and assist with opening new share accounts, share draft accounts, and certificates.
Assists members in completing applications for Individual Retirement Accounts and Share Certificates, process new account information, and order checks and debit cards.
Maintains cash drawer, processes member transactions, and handles wire transactions.
Provides assistance to members with closing accounts, processing quick cash loans, and setting up payroll distributions.
Addresses member inquiries, resolves account discrepancies and complaints, and provides exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

 

EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent

 

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 5 years
