Working under general supervision, this role helps improve organizational performance by linking strategic priorities with a comprehensive people development strategy. |
Talent Pool: Corporate Services/Professional
Participates in the implementation of people development strategy by maximizing the use of tools, processes, and mediums to deliver content. Helps ensure employee, physician, and leadership curriculum aligns with the organization's strategic vision and mission by providing suggested frameworks and models for curriculum development. Monitors key metrics to track the effectiveness of the people development programming and provides data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Drafts appropriate employee learning curriculum to address identified skill gaps, enhance employee knowledge and capabilities, and support professional development aligned with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Partners with internal stakeholders to identify and implement learning technologies and platforms that support efficient and effective delivery of training programs. Leads small to medium scale projects when requested. Performs other duties as assigned. |
