The Patient Services Navigator is responsible for the assessment, evaluation and management of patient problems, such as personal or financial issues. This role develops a treatment plan that meets the assessed needs of the patient, collaborating with internal and external resources. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. |
