Overview

The Business Relationship Manager EVD (Enterprise Value Delivery) role is a mid-level role responsible for managing, understanding and navigating the relationships with organizational leaders, driving collaborative efforts to produce and compile cross-functional insights that guide strategic and operational decisions. This role partners cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Strategy and Technology to assemble content and assess opportunities for future growth through program and project prioritization. This role also oversees business requirements, environmental analysis, and ensures measurable results are identified before the organization advances a key initiative.

Responsibilities


Fosters and nurtures strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and business unit leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and offering strategic guidance and support.
Conducts comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and value creation, collaborating with stakeholders to address business needs and capitalize on opportunities.
Leads cross-functional teams in the successful execution of enterprise value initiatives, developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
Drives change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies, engaging stakeholders and providing training and support to ensure successful implementation and utilization.
Stays informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare and enterprise value delivery, proactively identifying opportunities for process enhancement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


EDUCATION:
Required: Master's degree in business administration, market research, math/statistics or related field of study

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 8+ years in business relationship management, project management, or a related role in the healthcare industry
