Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned physicians within the CIN. Organize and lead structured discussions to gather input and share insights. Respond to and resolve questions or concerns from providers or their office staff in a timely and service-oriented manner.

Establish and nurture relationships with physicians and staff to build trust and foster collaboration by regularly visiting physician offices to address concerns, provide updates, and support practice success within the CIN. In addition, forge relationships with providers interested in participating with the network.

Participate in the development and coordinate all new and continuing provider relations training and education. Develop and distribute educational materials tailored to practice needs.
Monitor physician engagement and satisfaction metrics. Report regularly on liaison activities, including resolution rates and engagement levels. Assess physician participation and make recommendations in collaboration with the network committees.
