Overview

The Project Manager Senior leads and manages the development, implementation, and coordination for a variety of operational and strategic projects. This role serves as a project management consultant to advise, coordinate, and oversee the work of operational leaders. This job coordinates activities with various internal and external consultants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities


Develops and implements comprehensive work plans and tracking systems to assure that projects are delivered within scope, on time and on budget.
Coordinates work of various external and internal parties to assure alignment with all stakeholders.
Facilitates communication through an effectively executed communication plan to effectively explain project progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
Creates and oversees the management of a collaborative environment to make library of documents, etc. available to key stakeholders.
Helps leaders anticipate and prepare for various projects/work streams and helps minimize disruption to the flow of operations when implementing key initiatives.
Evaluates project processes for completed events to drive continuous process improvement.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 5 years

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required: Project Management Certification; Green or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification
