Overview

The Strategic Planning Analyst is responsible for development of business strategy initiatives to assist in ensuring that the organization's strategic plan is effectively implemented and achieves its intended outcomes. Working with general supervision, this position creates clear and concise strategic insights to guide system-level decision making.

Responsibilities


Identifies and monitors trends in healthcare, local and economic conditions, legislation, and competitive institutions to aid in the development of corporate strategies.
Performs demographic, utilization, and competitor analyses for specific projects as assigned in order to assist in the development of market or business strategies.
Supports the development of annual business and market plans, including conducting forecasting and feasibility studies, in order to facilitate the development of market strategies.
Maintains standard market and facility-based reports and distributes them to organizational leaders on a regular basis to ensure that business decisions are well-informed.
Collaborates with Strategy Managers to provide comprehensive strategic insights to guide system-level strategic decision making.
Works with department leadership with preparation and submission of Certificate of Need applications and other regulatory filings.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 3+ Year
