Overview

 
The Program Manager CVO (Clinical Value Optimization) is responsible for overseeing and managing the work of the CVO Committee. This role assists with the development and coordination of project initiatives in alignment with the purpose and function of the CVO Committee, to reduce waste and variation within the clinical space for streamlined efficiency of hospital supply costs, patient care quality, and financial outcomes. The program manager will work closely with the CVO Medical Director in defining, implementing, and monitoring the impact of CVO projects across our system.

 

Responsibilities

 

 
Manages the effectiveness of the Clinical Value Optimization Committee?s and all its associated activities.
Managing the CVO Committees Teams site and all its documents/spreadsheets and preparing meeting agendas and reports.
Utilizes project management skills to oversee the progress of tasks for multiple projects at various stages including project idea, initiation, approval, pre-implementation, implementation, and completion.
Develops and implements operational strategies and processes to optimize the success of each project.
Under limited supervision, coordinates project activities with internal and external members and consultants, assuring team accountability in delivering requested tactical elements for project deliveries, and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and integration of CVO project operations with direct service lines acting as a liaison for coordination of CVO committee and other related meetings as needed.
Serves as a resource to assess performance of individual projects and creates data insights from the projects, including coordination, communication, and resource management.
Monitors and assists in providing oversight to financial analysis, reporting, and related data tracking.
Assist in refining processes that will improve the functioning of the CVO Committee. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a strong focus on quality, patient safety, and patient satisfaction. assist in refining processes that will improve the functioning of the CVO Committee.

Fosters relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, supply chain, pharmacy, and others, to enhance collaboration and achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

 

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree Business administration or related field of study

 

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 3 years of experience in healthcare
Preferred: Preferred project and program management experience
Prior experience leading and coordinating large, scaled projects
