The Member Solutions Specialist processes member transactions and maintains cash drawers to document financial changes. Under minimal supervision, this job promotes the day-to-day operations of the organization and strengthens relations with new and potential members by providing excellent customer service. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 7:15am -4:45pm. |
Responsibilities

- Promotes credit union products and services based on member needs identified through conversations and maintain current knowledge of all credit union services and policies.
- Counsels members on interest rates, cross-sell services, and assist with opening new share accounts, share draft accounts, and certificates.
- Assists members in completing applications for Individual Retirement Accounts and Share Certificates, process new account information, and order checks and debit cards.
- Maintains cash drawer, processes member transactions, and handles wire transactions.
- Provides assistance to members with closing accounts, processing quick cash loans, and setting up payroll distributions.
- Addresses member inquiries, resolves account discrepancies and complaints, and provides exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: |
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent |
EXPERIENCE: |
Required: 5 years of experience. |
