The Clinic Team Lead Registered Nurse oversees the products, processes, and lower-level employees involved in providing exceptional care to patients. Under very limited supervision, this role manages and coordinates the processes and tasks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. The Team Leader also reviews the analysis of patient data and provides valuable advice and insights when necessary. |

Reviews the analysis of patient data, including laboratory results, diagnostic tests, and progress notes, to ensure accurate and comprehensive assessment of patients' conditions. Provides guidance, support, and mentorship to lower-level employees, fostering their professional growth and development. Collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Offers advice and insights, including emerging research, best practices, and innovative approaches, to enhance the quality and effectiveness of patient care. Performs other duties as assigned. |
EDUCATION: |
Required: Associate's Degree Preferred: Bachelor's Degree |
EXPERIENCE: |
Required: 2 years as a Registered Nurse and 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations |
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING: |
Required: Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider |
