??Supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and initiatives to enhance the knowledge and skills of healthcare team members. Assists in assessing learning needs and coordinating orientation programs for new staff. Conducts ongoing evaluation of specialty education programs to identify areas for improvement. Provides individualized coaching and mentorship to staff to promote professional growth. Facilitates the dissemination of new research findings and regulatory updates to keep staff informed. Performs other duties as assigned. |
EDUCATION: |
Required: ?Bachelor's degree |
EXPERIENCE: |
Required: ??5 years' experience in the assigned specialty area. 2 years' experience with adult education, designing and delivering training curriculum. |
