The Identity and Access Management Analyst Intermediate records, captures, and authenticates user login information as well as updates individual users and broader job roles where applicable. Working under moderate supervision, this role reviews and records the employee database of users and job roles to ensure records are up-to-date for audit purposes and to maintain security, compliance, and accountability within the organization. |
Reviews user accounts and permission access in the identity and access management (IAM) system to ensure accurate and timely user access updates based on business requirements. Grants or denies access to systems by evaluating user roles and privileges, adhering to security policies and access control guidelines. Participates in the creation and maintenance of user groups in the identity and access management system, ensuring appropriate membership and access rights for efficient user management. Enforces company policies and procedures related to identity and access management, including user authentication, password management, and access request processes. Analyzes and investigates any suspicious or unauthorized activities to mitigate potential threats and protect sensitive data. Collaborates internally to resolve identity and access management issues, providing support and contributing to the continuous improvement of IAM processes and controls. Performs other duties as assigned. |
