Overview

The Administrative Assistant Senior ensures administrative support and coordination is provided to specific individuals, teams, or departments. Under general supervision, this job ensures the success and smooth-running of daily operations for employees of all levels while providing strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities


Acts as an administrative contact, working across all lines of business and with various departments to answer questions and resolve administration-related issues.
Provides operational support for assigned leaders and teams, including appointments and arrangements, travel and expenses.
Coordinates overall office functioning through inventory checks, space scheduling, event planning, event execution and paperwork processing.
Acts as a liaison between medical professionals and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and cohesion to support patient needs.
Maintains appointment calendars, contact lists and provides support, as needed.
Prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc. and is proficient in business software applications.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


EDUCATION:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Associates Degree in Business, office management or related field

EXPERIENCE:
Required: 5 years of progressively responsible administrative support and advanced proficiency in MS Office
