Working under close supervision, this role assists in providing strategic, business-aligned recruitment services for the organization. |
Develops materials to communicate staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and define job requirements. Helps source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Maintains strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Supports hiring leaders with preparing for interviews and candidate selection. Conducts thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews, to evaluate fit for both skills and culture. Supports the recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, to ensure consistent and accurate communication. Performs other duties as assigned. |
EDUCATION: |
Required: Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree with 3 years of experience within HR or recruiting |
