Alamance Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time, benefitted Supplemental (Float) Physical Therapist to join our Rehab team. This role offers the chance to work in both acute care and across three adult outpatient clinics in Burlington and Mebane, with a $2.00/hour premium pay included. In the acute setting, you’ll work across 8 medical units, working closely with the interdisciplinary care team to facilitate optimal patient care and post-acute outcomes.  In the outpatient setting, you’ll enjoy true one-on-one care, with 45-minute sessions and no techs or assistants, allowing you to focus fully on your patients. Across all settings, you’ll be part of a highly engaged team with excellent employee satisfaction and consistently strong patient outcomes. Scheduling is variable and does include a weekend rotation in the acute setting, only one weekend day required every six weeks—with the option of a flex day off or extra pay. Conveniently located right off I-40, Alamance Regional is an easy commute from both the Triad and Triangle regions. If you’re ready to grow your career in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, we’d love to hear from you!
