Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, travel arrangement, and meeting logistics. Coordinate and arrange meetings, preparing any necessary agendas or materials in advance. Serve as the first point of contact and “gatekeeper” for the CEO’s office, balancing access while maintaining positive relationships. Collaborate closely with the Manager of Board Governance and the Executive Office to ensure smooth coordination between governance and executive operations. Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and reports for the CEO. Support the CEO in external engagements (conferences, retreats, community events, etc.) with material preparation and other logistics as needed. Support special projects and/or initiatives at the direction of the CEO. Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive organizational matters. Performs other duties as assigned. |

EXPERIENCE: |
Required: 10 years' experience in executive-level administrative support Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred: Previous experience supporting C-suite individual strongly preferred |
