The Physician Recruitment Coordinator provides administrative support to Physician Recruitment staff so that the department can perform more efficiently as a whole. Working under general supervision for routine tasks, this role assists recruiting across the organization's primary and secondary services areas, including hospitals, specialty medical groups, private practices, and other health system partners. |
Assists in posting physician job openings on various job boards, the organization website, and other relevant platforms. Schedules interviews and coordinates interview logistics, including booking interview rooms, sending interview invitations, and ensuring timely communication with candidates. Maintains and updates candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases. Processes new hire paperwork, tax forms, and contracts to ensure that selected candidates are onboarded in a timely manner. Prepares and sends offer letters and employment contracts to selected physician candidates. Performs other duties as assigned. |
