| The Employee Assistance Counseling Program (EACP) Therapist provides psychotherapeutic counseling to employees and crisis counseling in the event of traumatic events. Working under minimal supervision, this job supports the mental health of employees by providing therapy services and assists the program manager in the maintenance of EACP services. |
| Supports employees by providing therapy and counseling services and critical incident stress management. Collaborates with the Employee Assistance Counseling Program (EACP) Program Manager to manage EACP contracts so that the availability of counseling services can be maintained. Coordinates educational events to promote EACP services to employees. Provides emergency call coverage for the EACP to provide immediate support to employees when needed. Maintains accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and interventions. Performs other duties as assigned. |

| Required: Master's Degree |
| EXPERIENCE: |
| Required: 5 years of experience as a psychotherapist |
| LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING: |
