Talent Pool: Nursing Support
Assists registration areas with paperwork to facilitate timely patient flow when backlogs occur. -------------------------------------------------- Assists with training and orientation of new nursing assistants. -------------------------------------------------- Communicates and responds appropriately to team member requests and/or concerns. -------------------------------------------------- Escorts patients from the lobby to exam rooms. -------------------------------------------------- Maintains timely flow of patients. -------------------------------------------------- Performs EKGs when necessary and other duties common to a clinical environment. -------------------------------------------------- Performs general care to patients when necessary. Collects vital signs, history, medication information, and additional information necessary to provide a complete examination and treatment of patient. -------------------------------------------------- Prepares equipment, exam rooms, and restocks laundry. High School Diploma or equivalent, Required |
EXPERIENCE: |
6 months, Preferred 6 months relevant experience preferred as a Nurse Aide I with the North Carolina Division of Facility Services Nurse Aide Registry. |
