|The Integration Analyst acts as the gatekeeper for any changes or modifications to their respective are of integration as assigned. The Integrations Analyst works under the direction of their respective Lead and Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing day to day analytical and technical activities, including providing integrations architecture/communication design, integration definition, message definition and translation, testing and maintenance. Utilizes best practices in the accomplishment of duties. Maintains close communications with their Lead and Manager and provides status updates on a regular basis.|
|SUPPORT: Provides technical support, triage and troubleshooting for complex data exchange flows. Monitors and supports integrations, detects errors within scheduled processes, initiates problem investigation, designs solutions and implements resolutions. Monitors performance of integrations and adjusts processes to optimize performance. Researches, for impact, all system changes, updates and enhancements to ensure system integrity and stability. Participates in on-call coverage rotation for off-hours and validation during scheduled downtimes. Appropriately escalates issues and problems.|
TESTING & DOCUMENTATION: Plans, prepares and executes test scripts for new release testing and integrated testing. Completes unit/simulation testing with application project teams. Coordinates final integration testing among analysts of source and consumer systems. Documents design, test results, change control, issues, defects and internal procedures according to departmental and team standards.
CONFIGURATION: Configures and maintains integrations. Develops data transformation, validation and error processing routines, which ensures data is transmitted correctly and completely. Validates transactions and performs scenario/detail testing in preparate for coordinated testing.
DESIGN: Works with application project teams to analyze, identify, design and define integration requirements and technical solutions for workflows, processes and information needs. Gathers and documents data requirements. Completes gap analyses between source and consumer systems.
IMPLEMENTATION: Implements scheduled projects as assigned. Assists in definition, selection, implementation, configuration, upgrades, integration, roll-out and/or training associated with system projects. Communicates project status and/or issues to appropriate personnel that could impact the scope, delivery, timeliness or effectiveness of system projects.
Bachelor's degree with 3 years? experience in relevant field, or
Associate's degree with 8 years' experience in relevant field, or
High school diploma with 13 years' experience in relevant field.
Bachelor?s degree in computer science, programming, analytics or other technical field.
Three years experience with information technology or analytical environment.
One year experience with data collection and analysis.
Hands-on experience with following scientific protocols and/or data exchange standards.
Two years experience with implementing and/or maintaining IT applications in a clinical healthcare setting.
Two years experience with HL7 and interface engines, Epic Bridges, Cloverleaf Integration Suite.
Two years AIX/UNIX experience.
Experience providing operational support of mission critical systems.
