Overview

 
This position provides administrative support for an Executive Vice President or Senior Level Vice President of Cone Health, demonstrating confidentiality and professional customer service to other Cone Health executives and physicians as well as external customers. Day-to-day functions include arranging meetings, arranging calendars for executives, developing presentations, collaborating with other administrative assistants, executives and/or physicians as well as maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.

 

Responsibilities

 

 
  • Provides executive level secretarial and administrative support, including composing and managing correspondence.
  • Effectively coordinates calendars, meetings and travel.
  • Organizes and oversees assigned projects independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Builds effective and collaborative relationships with executive team and physicians.
  • Provides professional customer service.
  • Maintains files and records, including financial data for department.
  • Prepares reports, presentation materials and spreadsheets as requested.
  • Maintains office supplies.

Qualifications

 

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent - Required

Associates or Bachelors Degree - Preferred

 

EXPERIENCE:
5-8 years of experience in Administrative support with High School diploma  - Required

3-5 years of experience in Administrative support with Associate's degree - Required

1-3 years of experience in Administrative support with Bachelor's degree - Required

Healthcare experience preferred. Experience working with executive leaders and physicians preferred.
