This position is responsible for providing quality patient testing and education to patients within the Sleep Disorders Center. The position requires the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide age specific care in the treatment, assessment, and education of pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. |

EDUCATION: |
Required: High School diploma Preferred: Associate degree in polysomnography, respiratory therapy or other health related field. |
EXPERIENCE: |
Required: Completed clinical rotation in polysomnography OR 1 + years of experience in a sleep disorders center, respiratory therapy or EEG.
Must be able to fit CPAP masks Must be able to initiate home sleep studies and score them

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING: |
REQUIRED BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider Drivers License | Valid Drivers License National: Registered by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), AND State: Registered by the North Carolina Medical Board as a Board Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (BRPT). Must maintain current credentials on file. All Annie Penn employees must maintain PALS certification. PREFERRED |
