The Cardiac Imaging Nurse Navigator position serves adult patient populations that will be treated within Cone Health, on the Moses H. Cone campus. The position acts as the primary resource for staff, patients and families for information and education on non-invasive cardiac imaging. The Cardiac Imaging Navigator works collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, which includes; physician cardiac imagers, cardiac CT and MRI staff, referring physicians and schedulers, to ensure that patient care meets established protocols and quality standards.
