Provides basic patient care according to the skills and competency guidelines set by the N.C. Division of Facility Services and the North Carolina Board of Nursing, Nurse Aide Central Registry. Provides patient care under the supervision of the Nurse, reporting observations, and documenting within the scope of practice into the EMR. May have access to non-controlled medication storage areas on the patient care areas if and only when their job responsibilities require that access, such as transferring non-controlled substance medications from one storage location site to another or when helping other licensed healthcare professionals retrieve non-controlled substance medications.Talent Pool: Nursing Support
Assesses, plans, implements, documents, organizes prioritize, delegates, supervises and coordinates the care of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric as prescribed within parameters of the NC Nurse Practice Act. Talent Pool: Nursing
This position is accountable to maintain an acceptable level of cleanliness within all assigned areas of the hospital (offices, patient rooms, treatment areas, lobbies, public rest rooms, lounges, etc.) This position will also meet and/or exceed internal and external customer expectations while adhering to the organizational environmental and infection prevention standards and standards established by external regulatory agencies.

Provides clinical social work services related to patients and family members, current and post-acute psychosocial and clinical needs. Completes psychosocial assessments; provides crisis intervention, emotional support, and short-term counseling with regard to diagnosis, treatment, and post-discharge plan; and creatively identifies and accesses resources to optimize effective and efficient patient care outcomes in collaboration with other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
Serves patients with acute episodes of severe and persistent mental illness and/or patients with new onset psychiatric and mental health needs. Utilizes principles of individual, group and family therapy theories. (Behavioral Health)
