Westside OB-GYN Center, part of Cone Health, joined in July 2017, is located in Burlington, NC, just 20 minutes from Greensboro and 30 minutes from Chapel Hill. The Kirkpatrick Road office practice has been serving women in Alamance County since 1975. Westside OB-GYN Center offers a wide variety of advanced services in its office, such as minimally invasive in-office procedures to include hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, sono-hysterograms, and LEEP procedures, as well as minimally invasive surgeries at Alamance Regional Medical Center (ARMC), such as laparoscopic hysterectomies, robotic surgeries, and surgery for urinary incontinence.
Westside OB/GYN has 3 OBGYN's and 3 Midwives to help with the OB coverage, 4 day work week and 1 full day off post call; weekend call 48 hours Sat 8a-Mon8a; currently 1:6 call with (3) Midwives in rotation but have to be on back-up; getting mammography, have (2) ultrasounds with 3D/4D capability; in-house lab. This opportunity has a great work-life balance with a flexible schedule and a collegial environment. They deliver 65-70 births/month and have a high-risk OB clinic/following as well.
