Provides basic patient care according to the skills and competency guidelines set by the N.C. Division of Facility Services and the North Carolina Board of Nursing, Nurse Aide Central Registry. Provides patient care under the supervision of the Nurse, reporting observations, and documenting within the scope of practice into the EMR.
