The Vice President, Revenue Cycle, is responsible for planning and creation of policy that supports effective management of the Revenue Cycle within a multi-facility health system. Serves as leader, partner and resident expert in the capture, management, and collections of patient service revenue. Achieves industry leading metrics in regards to Revenue Cycle performance.
Responsibilities.
Physician shall provide full time, comprehensive inpatient services at Behavioral Health Hospital Greensboro North Carolina. Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within the inpatient setting with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Conducts thorough psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medication, and evaluate treatment results.
Qualifications.
Board Certification in adult psychiatry. Current North Carolina Medical License. DEA. United States citizenship, green card/permanent resident. H1-B on a case-by-case basis.

Pursue a career in perioperative nursing with guidance and instruction from Cone Health’s operating room (OR) residency. This program is designed for new and experienced RNs with no previous experience in the OR.
What to Expect During OR Residency
Get comprehensive training to begin your new role as an operating room nurse. Through classes, mentoring, and clinical rotations, you’ll learn how to skillfully assess patients, coordinate surgery, assist in the operating room and serve as a patient advocate.
Learn the Fundamentals
Build a foundation for OR nursing by attending lectures and practicing your clinical care through skills lab activities.
Clinical Rotations
Continue your residency by spending four months in clinical rotations. Gain exposure to a wide range of surgeries, as a circulator and scrub nurse. Circulators monitor patients and the sterile field; while Scrub nurses maintain the sterile field and handle surgical instrumentation during the procedure.
Support from Experienced Nurses
Benefit from comprehensive support from a OR Resident facilitator in conjunction with a clinical nurse specialist (CNS), coordinates classroom learning and clinical rotations to provide the best possible learning experience for you. Meet with the the facilitator regularly to assess your progress as you work toward independent perioperative nursing. You’ll also appreciate knowledge, counsel and encouragement from nurse preceptors who work one-on-one with you throughout your clinical rotations.

The nurse residency is a 12 month program that consists of a core curriculum, specialty track curriculum, professional day workshops and mentorship opportunities.
You will receive consistent support and guidance to succeed in your first job as a registered nurse when you choose to work at Cone Health. As a resident, you will benefit from structured curriculum and hands-on learning experiences to make the transition from student to professional. In addition, you will develop new clinical knowledge, boost your critical-thinking skills, and gain confidence throughout the program.
The Summer 2022 Residency will offer our Behavioral Health, Critical Care, Emergency Department, Maternal-Child, Medical-Surgical, Operating Room, and Progressive Care residencies.
This cohort is for candidates graduating with their BSN or ADN by June 2022. Start dates will fall between June-August, 2022.
Assesses, plans, implements, documents, organizes prioritize, delegates, supervises and coordinates the care of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric as prescribed within parameters of the NC Nurse Practice Act.
Talent Pool: Nursing
Accountable for operational issues with patients, families, nursing staff and physicians, between departments and with outside agencies. Provides on-site problem solving for incidents, notifying/involving administrators and leadership as indicated. Represents nursing administration and facility administration during their absence. This position serves the following patient age categories: adult and geriatric.
