The Vice President, Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer leads the development and implementation of an effective compliance program to reduce the risk of unlawful, unethical, or improper conduct and is also the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer for Triad Healthcare Network. The VP, Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer acts as staff to the Board of Trustees Resource, Investment and Risk Committee by providing guidance for Cone Health on matters relating to compliance and by monitoring and reporting results of the compliance and ethics efforts throughout Cone Health. The VP, Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer is authorized to implement all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of an effective compliance program. Compliance efforts should be consistent with lawful direction provided by the Board of Trustees Resource, Investment and Risk Committee and should be coordinated with local administration and boards. Successful performance of this role is demonstrated by the timely completion of all assigned project goals, which contribute to the overall provision of quality, efficient and effective analytic solutions. These solutions will support the data-driven decision making efforts required for delivering excellent, cost-controlled patient care across the continuum. In addition, this position promotes high standards in regards to effective departmental service and customer service. What this role is not: Data analysis using Excel, writing database queries and manually exporting the data, creating simple reports, building non-automated solutions that require routine manual intervention.
